Free Shipping in USA and Canada

At Canvas Palette, we believe in transparent pricing. For customers in the USA and Canada, the price you see is the price you pay - all our premium ready-to-hang canvas prints include free standard shipping 

USA & Canada Shipping Details:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (included in product price)
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent via email

International Shipping:

  • Available Worldwide: We ship our canvas prints to customers around the globe
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping fees are not included in the product price
  • Get a Quote: Please contact our customer service team at jay@gtaart.ca before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote for your location
  • Customs & Duties: International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties according to their country's regulations

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our canvas prints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy:

Return Eligibility:

** 15% Restocking fee

  • Returns accepted within 8 business days of delivery (not the day of purchase)
  • Item must be in original condition and packaging
  • Custom/personalized canvas prints cannot be returned unless damaged or defective

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at jay@gtaart.ca to initiate a return
  2. Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to our return center (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer)

Store Credit Policy:

  • All approved returns will be processed as store credit only
  • Store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s)
  • Store credit will be available in your account within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase on our website
  • Please note: We do not provide cash refunds or credit card reimbursements for returned items under any circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your canvas print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include photos of the damage with your claim
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you
