Refund policy

We offer free returns within 10 days of receipt of merchandise

Return 

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be made by store credit only.

Return Shipping

  • Ensuring that the product is in the original packing we will email you a return shipping label. Kindly print and attach the label to your package. We will arrange for UPS to pick up the package

Damaged Product

  • In rare instances the product may be damaged in transit. The damage must be documented with photos of the product and the packaging must be retained. We will process and claim with the carrier and ship you a replacement
